A fully independent, not-for-profit, community-owned hospital seeks a CRNA / Certified Nurse Anesthetist to join its team outside Denver, Colorado (CO) in Nebraska (NE).

Position Highlights:
- Joining a team of 8 other independent providers
- Only work 55% of the year with 165 days off annually

- MD supervision not required, which allows you to practice autonomously - Everyone works together as a team

- Full-scope practice including, but not limited to, Orthopedics, Urology, Obstetrics, Podiatry, ENT, and General Surgery
- No Open Heart Cases
- Visa holders can be considered

Compensation Highlights:
- Base salary of $343,000 + productivity bonuses
- Sign-on bonus of $60,000
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000
- First-year package starting at $423,000
