Night Shift LPN/RN New

Our client is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Crisis Stabilization Unit. This 12-bed unit provides mental health stabilization and medically assisted detox services and is the only unit of its kind in the state.

Schedule

This position works 12-hour night shifts (6 pm – 6 am) with rotating weekends (three shifts per week).

Responsibilities

Perform medical risk assessments on each consumer.

Collaborate with medical practitioners for initial and ongoing medical orders.

Address daily basic medical needs of admitted consumers.

Assess, interpret, and document triage results.

Develop and assist consumers in addressing short-term medical needs.

Work with team members and medical staff to determine best-care treatment options in a supportive and educational environment.

Compensation And Benefits

Wage: $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00.

Health Insurance: 75% of monthly premium paid by the agency.

Two weeks of vacation, sick time, and four personal days.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered RN license in Nebraska or a current multistate RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
