Hello! Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 is National School Nurse Day. Attached is the NASN proclamation. I would encourage all of you to print a copy and post in your health office. There are also posters on the NASN website that you can print.
Governor Rickets will sign a proclamation on Monday, May 7 at 11 at the state capital, honoring Nebraska School Nurses. Anyone is welcome to join myself and Catherine Heck, NSNA president-elect at this ceremony.
Take the time on May 9th to celebrate you, and all the many contributions you make to the students of Nebraska Schools. School Nurses: Advocates for 21st Century School Health.
