Gift Baskets for State Conference

School Nurses,

Don’t forget to collaborate with other nurses to pick a theme for a Gift basket, that will be sold at the Kearney NSNA Conference June 3, 4, 5. It is a very fun fundraising activity!  The great part is you can just email each other to inform them what you are adding to your basket based on the theme your team selected.

List the name of each donated item including the cost of each then total the cost of the project and email the information (with the subject line: baskets) to Ann Pickrel (apickre@lps.org) by May 3rd, 2019.

Step by Step process for FUN (as in FUNdraising)

• Identify your theme
• An itemized list of all contents and each items cost including total, for the entire project
• When you prepare your email please in the subject place :  Baskets
• Email Ann Pickrel your theme, contents, individual cost of each item and estimated total cost of the entire project to apickre@lps.org
• Deadline for the basket theme, items with cost of each, total cost of the project is May 3rd
• Then don’t forget to bring your basket to conference and it will be displayed from Sunday to the drawing the final day.

Then the bidding process takes place at conference. The NSNA conference participants were very interested in the baskets which were on display throughout the entire conference and then the winners were announced the final day. It’s a great team building activity, join in the fun.
