Nebraska School Nurses Association

National Data Survey

Posted 6 months ago by Megan Lytle MBA, MSN, RN

Dear School Nurses,

Last year, the School Health Team at Children's and the Nebraska School Nurses Association launched a survey on Chronic Conditions and Health Office Outcomes. We had great response, and published a nice infographic on our results, but we would like it even better this year! This new survey has the same questions as last year, which are part of the NASN Uniform Data Points, but now will have additional questions on Health Office Staffing. All of these data points work together in helping us develop a clearer picture of the health needs of Nebraska schools.

You are not required to answer all questions, so enter the information that you have and you know. And as always, participation is voluntary but encouraged! :)  Julie Frederick and I will also be talking about this at the Nebraska School Health Conference in Kearney, so you can always catch us and ask questions there in person!

Thanks for your consideration of this data request! The survey opens today and will remain open through June 15th. Here's the link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/8X8L8TX
