OPENING SOON! National School Health Data Set for Nebraska 2025

The annual survey for Nebraska School Health Data is coming! The survey will be open May 1-June 1, 2025 for your 2024/2025 data. Surveys will be sent to school nurses in Nebraska and administrators of all school districts.  Check with your administrator if you do not receive an email with a link to the survey. 

The survey includes data collection for student demographics, school health staffing, chronic conditions and health office visits. Any and all data is welcome!

This year we are focusing on our workforce data to gather more information about who our school health staff are in Nebraska. 

If you provide workforce data for your school or district and you are in attendance at the Nebraska School Nurse Association Summer Conference in Lincoln in June, your name will be added to a drawing for a School Nurse door sign!
